Job Openings
MedPanel is expanding its inside sales team by hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR). Moreover, the role focuses on generating new opportunities from strategic accounts through targeted outreach, including cold calling and email campaigns.
Moreover, our organization has grown significantly over the past year through strategic outreach efforts, and we continue to strengthen this approach. This position offers a remote work setup, making it an excellent opportunity to work with Fortune 500 accounts from anywhere.
MedPanel provides two core solutions: custom market research and recruitment services for non-interventional clinical trials. In particular, the BDR role supports both offerings by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships. Moreover, this position reports directly to the AVP of Client Development, who leads sales operations at MedPanel.
Compensation & Benefits
MedPanel offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vision, dental coverage, and a 401(k) plan. Additionally, the base annual compensation for this role is $60,000, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $80,000 in the first year.
Objectives of this Role
Represent MedPanel’s services with a strong understanding of client needs
Generate leads and build relationships with potential customers
Manage a pipeline of prospects and coordinate with sales executives
Identify opportunities to improve and refine lead generation strategies
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Use Salesforce, cold calling, and email outreach to generate sales opportunities
- Identify prospect needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Build long-term relationships to qualify leads effectively
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Schedule meetings between prospects and sales executives
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance results
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
- 2–3 years of sales experience with proven target achievement
- Strong communication skills (phone and email)
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving ability
- Motivation to grow within a sales organization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Background as a Business Development Representative with proven quota achievement
