� US-based board certified hematologists/oncologists � Attended 2007 ASH in Atlanta (Dec 7-11) � Attended frontline MM session � Treating at least 10 MM patients per month � 2 to 30 years of practice experience � Spend 50%+ of professional time in clinical practice |
