§    Primary medical specialty of obstetrics/gynecology or primary care §    In practice between 2 and 30 years since residency §    Spend at least 75% of professional time in clinical practice §    Manage at least 20 patients experiencing “hot flashes” in a typical month §    Manage at least 20 patients with osteoporosis in a typical month
